Our packages give you full access to all functions. Only pay for what you really need – flexible and adapted to the number of users. Each person needs their own account. You can assign one or more trusted persons to have access to your digital provision folder. If you don’t already have a provision folder with Teulu yourself, you can create an account free of charge as a trusted person only.

Which is the right package for me?
The right package for you depends on your individual usage. If you use Teulu alone, the Individual package gives you full access to all functions. If you want to use Teulu together with your partner, a relative or a friend, the Duo package is the right choice. The Family package is recommended for families, with up to six users, several generations or more complex family situations can be covered here. We also offer the option of adding an additional user to the Duo or Family package. Regardless of the package you choose, you can name trusted persons at any time at no extra cost and grant them specific access to your digital provision folder.
Why are there different packages?
The different packages make it possible to customize Teulu exactly to your needs. While the Individual package is designed for individuals, the Duo package offers a simple solution for couples, relatives or close friends, for example. The Family package is ideal for families or small groups who want to organize their pension together. This means you only pay for what you really need and can make the most of Teulu – whether alone or in a team.
When do I need more than one account?
No, a second account is not necessary. If you want your own provision folder, choose an Individual, Duo or Family package. As a trusted person for others, one of these accounts is sufficient – you can simply accept invitations and switch between your profile and the profile where you are the trusted person. If you don’t have your own provision folder, you can create a free account as a trusted Person only and upgrade it later if necessary.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade your package to a higher level at any time. For example, if you start with the Individual package and want to add additional users later, you can easily switch to the Duo or Family package. Simply send us a short email to hello@finbalance.de and we will credit your previous payment for the upgrade. This way you remain flexible at all times.
Can I downgrade my package?
Yes, you can downgrade your package to a lower level for the next billing period. The change will then take effect at the start of the new term. During the current term, your existing package will retain all its functions.
How long does a subscription last?
A subscription runs for one year and is renewed automatically unless it is canceled before it expires. You have full access to all booked functions during the subscription period.
Is billing monthly or annual?
You are billed annually in advance. This means you can use Teulu without interruption and have full planning security for your subscription.
How do I cancel my package?
You can easily cancel your package in your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, so you can continue to use Teulu until then.
