“Where should I start?” This is the question most people ask themselves when they want or need to deal with the topic of provision. That’s why we’ve said goodbye to paperwork and created Provision 2.0 with our digital provision folder.

To make this necessary process as simple and efficient as possible, we have structured the documents thematically and guide you step by step through the organization. Our AI supports you – wherever possible and as far as you allow – to take the work off your hands. So collecting and organizing may not become a hobby, but at least it will be effortless and efficient.

Teulu helps you to organize everything simply and clearly so that you are well prepared in every situation and have all important documents to hand at all times. Our intelligent assistants help you not to overlook anything. If something is still missing when uploading, a percentage completeness indicator will remind you to conveniently add the missing documents – for a secure and relaxed feeling.

Because as valuable as complete documents are, at the crucial moment one thing counts above all: access. With Teulu, you can easily define trusted persons such as your partner or your children. You decide who can see how much and whether access should only be granted after an objection period has expired. You retain control.

What is Teulu?
“Teulu” is the welsh word for family, family group, tribe or household. We say TE-U-LU. It’s perfect for our product, because we’re all about YOU and YOUR family. We built the digital provision folder with the goal of making it as easy as possible to collect and share important data.
Why is a digital provision folder important?
A digital provision folder is important because it ensures that all relevant documents are immediately available in an emergency. This avoids unnecessary stress for relatives. In contrast to a paper folder, a digital folder protects all data from loss due to fire, water or other damage.
When does Teulu start?
We are planning to launch Teulu in March 2025. Sign up for our newsletter. We’ll get in touch by email and let you know when you can use our web app.
Are my data secure?
Yes, data is secure at Teulu. We rely on encryption for both communication communication and data storage so that no one but the user has access to the documents. Our servers are located in Germany and meet the highest security standards. Only the creator and previously authorized persons can access the content and this access can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time.
Can Teulu access my data?
Teulu does not have access to the data or documents unless permission is explicitly granted. For certain services, however, we store and use metadata, such as which documents have already been loaded or the expiration date of certain information. It is important that this metadata is separate from the document content. The content of all documents is encrypted and can only be viewed or actively shared by the owner of the digital provision folder.
What happens if I cancel my contract with Teulu?
We delete all data three months after you stop using Teulu. However, the simple collection of all important documents is only one function of Teulu. Protection against water, fire and theft as well as easy sharing with trusted persons is not applicable to the downloaded data.

You can try out Teulu for free without providing any payment details. If you no longer wish to use our web app, all data will be deleted in compliance with GDPR.
